Shakthi Thirumagan Doubles Launch Event

Shakthi Thirumagan marks the 25th film of Vijay Antony, who has been consistently delivering successful hits as an actor. His recent release ‘Maargan’ has successfully made a big time in the box office, and is now all set to make a grand OTT premiere tonight. During this juncture, Vijay Antony celebrated his birthday today (July 24) with press and media family, thereby launching the Doubles of this film, thereby creating a new trend. Besides, he kick-started the promotions of this film by engaging the press and media fraternity in a lively manner.

Producer G. Dhananjayan said, “I wish Vijay Antony, a very happy birthday. Yesterday, I was in Hyderabad, and many in the Telugu industry were appreciating how the film performed in Telugu as well. I take this opportunity to appreciate and congratulate Ajay Dhishan for his fantabulous performance as a debutant in Maargan. Vijay Antony Film Corporation has consistently generated commercial success, and at the same time, has won the critical acclaims as well in many instances. Vijay Antony sir is such an inspiring technician and producer. There is always a complex situation when attending a preview screening of business cut, but Vijay Antony is the only person in the recent times, to have a perfect business cut version, where the theatrical rights will be easily sold. He is such an adorable person, where he uploads all the shooting footages on the cloud from the shooting spot, and it would be edited, and music would be composed simultaneously at the same time. Such practices are something totally rare, and Vijay Antony sir is going to make lots of successful projects. I wish the entire team, a huge success.”
Lyricist Karthik Netha, who has completed 100 films successfully said, “My birthday wishes to Vijay Antony sir, and his 25th film Shakthi Thirumagan is going to be a tremendous success. My memories with Vijay Antony sir is always a great memory. First I visited his studio during the time, when he composed ‘Nenjaagoottil’ and I was asked to write different lyrics, and later got an opportunity to write lyrics for ‘Ennai Thedi’, but the other lyrics written by another person got selected. Later, I wrote lyrics for his couple of movies, which didn’t feature his musical score. Now I am glad to have collaborated with Vijay Antony for the first time. I am a greater admired of Arun Prabhu Purushothaman, and he has delivered a hard-hitting league of movies, which keeps inspiring me. Arun Prabhu is such a political thinker with depth, and we will speak a lot about this film after the release. He will definitely explore more such ideas in his upcoming films. Actor Vijay Antony said, “I always feel that meeting and interacting with press and media family is always my comfort zone and it’s happy time always. I have always been privileged to enjoy your love and affection. While there are many talented actors in the industry, you’ve been so much kind and supportive. In my all time favourite of Tamil movies, Aruvi happens to be one among them, and I couldn’t stop getting emotional watching this film. Arun Prabhu is such a soft-spoken person, but his thoughts are too intense. Following Aruvi and Vaazhl, he has now proved his caliber as a fantastic filmmaker through ‘Shakthi Thirumagan’. He would always make sure that he keeps a regular check on the film’s budget and often would keep asking me about often on the sets. I would always ask him not to get bothered by these factors, but still, he would always look into the producers’ welfare. I am sure that Arun Prabhu is going to be a top league filmmaker in the Indian film industry. Shelly has been such a wonderful support to Arun Prabhu’s ambitious drive. I am sure, both of them are going to scale greater heights just like how Sandeep Vanga Reddy made a breakthrough. Shakthi Thirumagan is a big-budgeted film, and I am so glad that Arun Prabhu has completed it on the promised budget and deadline. Arun Prabhu’s choice of heroines have always been unique. Although I had kept looking through many considerations through the model coordinator, Arun Prabhu had a different choice, and he surprised me by signing Trupthi Ravindra. I am so glad that she has nailed it down perfectly with her spellbinding performance, and she is a good and dedicated person as well. Karthik Netha is such an inspiring lyricist, and I am so lucky to work him again after Romeo. I am going to compose music again after this film’s release, and I am looking forward to work with him for many songs. I thank my production team for being such a warm support, and only because of their support, I am able to perform my concerts without any hassles.
