இதையறிந்த போலீஸ் இன்ஸ்பெக்டர் சரத்குமார் அமிதேஷ்யை மிரட்டி இந்த சிலையை கள்ளத்தனமாக விற்க முயல்கிறார். இதற்கிடையில் தன் தங்கை மிகவும் ஆபத்தான முறையில் மருத்துவமனையில் இருக்கிறார் இதற்காக தான் நான் இந்த சிலையை திருடினேன் என்று சொல்ல சரி இந்த சிலையை நாம் இருவரும் பங்கு போட்டுக்கொள்வோம் என்று இருவரும் சேர்ந்து விற்க முயல்கிறார்கள்.

Gleneagles Global Health City Achieves Milestone of 578 Successful Endoscopic Spine Surgeries!

Chennai: 

Gleneagles Global Health City, a leading multi-Speciality centre in Chennai, announced the successful completion of over 500 Endoscopic Spine Surgeries in a span of eight years. The Institute of Advanced Spine Sciences at the hospital has performed 578 cases of endoscopic lumbar spine surgeries for over the past eight years. About one-third of them were Transforaminal discectomies performed under local anesthesia and the remaining were performed by Interlaminar approach under general anesthesia. Out of the 578, almost 300 were performed in the past three years.  

Actor Naveen Chandra participated in the celebrations to mark the successful achievement of the milestone with the patients who had undergone successful endoscopic spine surgeries and their families. The participants talked about how their lives had changed for the better after the surgery.

Speaking on the Occasion Mr Natarajan one of the recipients of this groundbreaking procedure, shared his experience, "I had been suffering from morbid obesity weighing 142 kgs, with BMI of 44kg/sqm had obstructive sleep apnoea and had a L3-4 disc prolapse with severe radiating pain in both legs, as per doctors report the condition would likely to cause paralysis in both lower limbs if it worsened some more. I approached the Spine Department at Gleneagles Global Health City for the treatment, Thanks to hospital for performing endoscopic spine surgery at right time as I was able to return to my daily activities within a remarkably short period. I'm incredibly grateful to the skilled medical team."

The age group of patients who underwent endoscopic lumbar spine surgery ranged from 17 years to 80 years, however most of them were in the age group of 40 - 60 years. There were no cases of major complications such as paralysis. The success rate of the endoscopic spine surgery is 98%. There were about 1% of patients who developed a recurrent disc prolapse at the same level. There were another 1% who developed infection (most having diseases causing lower immunity). They recovered well after appropriate treatment for the recurrence/infection.

கௌரவ் எனும் பாடகர் “ரஞ்சிதமே ரஞ்சிதமே” பாடலை பாடினார். அதில் இம்ப்ரெஸ் ஆன தமன், அனிருத் மற்றும் தளபதி விஜய்யிடம் கூட்டிப்போவதாக வாக்குறுதி தந்தார்.  இதுமட்டுமல்லாமல் பிரபல பாடகர் ஆண்டனி தாஸ், தமனிடம் வாய்ப்புக் கேட்க அவருக்கு  ஒரு புதிய தெலுங்குப் படத்தில் பாடல் வாய்ப்புத் தந்துள்ளார். அந்தப்பாடல் அடுத்த வாரம் வெளியாகவுள்ளது குறிப்பிடதக்கது. 

தமன் நீதிபதியாக அல்லாமல், அனைவருடனும் மிக சகஜமாக பழகி,  எல்லோரையும் ஆச்சரியப்படுத்தி வருகிறார். மேலும் ஒரு ஆச்சர்யமாக இசையமைப்பாளர் தமனின் மனைவி, அவருக்கே தெரியாமல் சர்ப்ரைஸாக நிகழ்ச்சியில் வந்து கலந்துகொண்டார். அப்போது யாரும் அறியாத, தமனின் பல பர்ஸனல் பக்கங்களைப் பகிர்ந்துகொண்டார். அப்போது தான், ஓய்வு நேரத்தில் தமன், நிகழ்ச்சித் தொகுப்பாளர் மா கா பாவுடன்  இணைந்து கிரிக்கெட் விளையாடும் செய்தியை பகிர்ந்தார். 

முன்னெப்போதும் இல்லாத வகையில், தற்போது நடந்து வரும் சூப்பர் சிங்கர் ஜூனியர் நிகழ்ச்சி, கலகலப்போடும் பல நெகிழ்ச்சி சம்பவங்கள் நிறைந்ததாகவும்,  அற்புதமானதாக நடந்து வருகிறது.

Hon'ble Mayor Ms. Priya Rajan Greater Corporation of Chennai inaugurated the Grand Finale of Rajasthani Olympiad 2023

Rajasthani Association Tamilnadu was inaugurated on 03-11-1967 by Late Sri.C.N.ANNADURAI, the then Chief Minister of Tamilnadu with a view to promote cordiality, understanding and goodwill among all sections of the people and to uphold justice, social, political and economic condition in the day to day life of the people. The Rajasthani Community in Tamilnadu is identified totally itself with the people of Tamilnadu and thereby contributing to work in the field of Education, Medical Relief and for upliftment of poor and needy people.

The Grand Finale of the first Rajasthani Olympiad 2023 was organized by the Rajasthani Association Tamil Nadu on 27th August, Sunday from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium Periamet ground.

Hon'ble Mayor Greater Corporation of Chennai, Ms. Priya Rajan, Commandant, Border Security Force, Mr. Kuldeep Chowdhary, Principal Commissioner of Income Tax, Tamil Nadu and Pondy, Mr. Sunil Mathur, CEO of Tablets (India) Ltd., Mr. R.K.Jhanwar will be accompanied by India's national cricket team selector and player Mr. Sreedharan Sharath, digital entrepreneur Mrs. India Top Model Mrs. Barkha Shah etc are participated in the Finale.

Flag hoisting, March past, Olympic torch, Oath taking, Aerobics performances, Athletics, track and field games along with various sports competitions will be held. More than 1400 students from around 25 Rajasthani schools, around 50 Rajasthani organizations and Jinendra Jyoti- Differently Abled Children’s participated in this Finale.  Prizes will be given to all the winners by the guests.

40 வருடங்களுக்கு முன்பு சூப்பர் ஸ்டார் ரஜினிகாந்த் நடிப்பில் வெளியான படம் துடிக்கும் கரங்கள். தற்போது ஒடியன் டாக்கீஸ் சார்பில் கே.அண்ணாதுரை தயாரிப்பில் அதே டைட்டிலில் உருவாகி இருக்கும் படத்தில் விமல் கதாநாயகனாக நடித்துள்ளார். இப்படத்தை இயக்குநர் வேலுதாஸ் இயக்கியுள்ளார். மேலும் வேலுதாஸ் மற்றும் காளிதாஸ் இருவரும் இணை தயாரிப்பாளர்களாக இணைந்து இந்தப்படத்தை தயாரித்துள்ளனர். கதாநாயகியாக மிஷா நரங் நடித்துள்ள இப்படத்தில் சதீஷ், சுரேஷ் மேனன், சவுந்தர்ராஜா, இயக்குநர் சண்முகம், சங்கிலி முருகன், பில்லி முரளி உள்ளிட்ட பலர் நடித்துள்ளனர்.

மணி சர்மாவின் சகோதரர் மகன் ராகவ் பிரசாத் இசையமைத்துள்ள இந்த படத்தின் ஒளிப்பதிவை ராம்கோபால் வர்மா படங்களில் பணியாற்றிய ராமி கவனித்துள்ளார். படத்தொகுப்பை லாரன்ஸ் கிஷோரும் கலை வடிவமைப்பை எஸ்.கண்ணனும் சண்டைப் பயிற்சியை சிறுத்தை கே.கணேஷ்குமாரும் மேற்கொண்டுள்ளனர். பாடல்களை விவேகா எழுதியுள்ளார்.

இந்த படம் வரும் செப்டம்பர் 1ஆம் தேதி வெளியாக உள்ளது. இதைத் தொடர்ந்து துடிக்கும் கரங்கள் படத்தின் இசை வெளியீட்டு விழா நேற்று (ஆக-23) மாலை சென்னை சாலிகிராமம் பிரசாத் லேபில் நடைபெற்றது. இந்த நிகழ்வில் படக்குழுவினருடன் சிறப்பு விருந்தினர்களாக தயாரிப்பாளர் கே.ராஜன், இயக்குனர்கள் பேரரசு, வசந்தமணி, திருமலை நடிகர்கள் ரோபோ சங்கர், காளிவெங்கட் , டேனி போப் உள்ளிட்ட பலர் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.

இந்த நிகழ்வில் நடிகர் சவுந்தர்ராஜா பேசும்போது, “முன்பெல்லாம் குழந்தைகளிடம் படித்து என்னவாக போகிறாய் என்று கேட்டால் டாக்டராக, கலெக்டராக ஆகப்போகிறேன் என்று சொல்வார்கள். ஆனால் இன்றுள்ள குழந்தைகளிடம் கேட்டால் பெரிய யூடியூபராக வரப் போகிறேன் என்று சொல்லும் அளவுக்கு மீடியா பவர்ஃபுல்லாக மாறி உள்ளது.

அதே சமயம் எல்லோருமே மீடியா ஆகிவிட்டதால் நல்ல விஷயத்தை விட கெட்ட விஷயம் அதிக அளவில் சென்றடைகிறது. வாட்ஸ் அப், யூட்யூப் சொல்லும் விஷயங்களை பெரும்பாலான மக்கள் அப்படியே நம்பி விடுகின்றனர். அதனால் சொல்லும் விஷயத்தை எந்த அளவிற்கு அதில் உண்மை தன்மை இருக்கு என்று தெரிந்து கொண்டு செல்வது நல்லது.

இந்த படத்தின் கதாநாயகன் விமல் ஒரு யூடியூபராக நடித்துள்ளார். இன்று சென்னைக்கு வந்து செல்வோரின் எண்ணிக்கை அதிகம். அதனாலேயே இங்கே ஆரோக்கியம் இல்லாத உணவு, குறிப்பாக பிரியாணி அதிகப்படியாக பயன்பாட்டில் இருக்கிறது. அதன் பின்னணியில் இருக்கும் சென்சிட்டிவான விஷயத்தை பொழுதுபோக்கு அம்சத்துடன் இயக்குனர் வேலுதாஸ் கூறியுள்ளார்.” என்று பேசினார்.

சிறப்பு விருந்தினராக கலந்து கொண்ட இயக்குநர் சண்முகம் பேசும்போது, “சினிமாவை நம்பி கிட்டத்தட்ட ஐந்து லட்சம் பேர் வேலை செய்கின்றனர். அதனால் அரசாங்கம் இதன் மேல் கவனம் செலுத்த வேண்டும். இயக்குநர் வேலுதாஸ் என்னை ஒரு நடிகன் என நினைத்துக் கொண்டு இந்த படத்தில் நடிக்க அழைத்தார். முதல் நாளிலேயே எனக்கு செட்டாகவில்லை. ஆனால் இரண்டாவது நாளில் அவருக்கு ஏற்றபடி என்னை நான் மாற்றிக் கொண்டேன். ராம்கோபால் வர்மாவின் படங்களில் பணியாற்றியவர் என்பதால் ஒளிப்பதிவாளர் ராமியின் கேமரா கோணங்கள் எல்லாமே வித்தியாசமாக இருக்கிறது.

தலைப்புச் செய்தியாக வரவேண்டிய ஒரு விஷயத்தை இதில் கையில் எடுத்துள்ளார் இயக்குநர் வேலுதாஸ். இயக்குநர் வேலுதாஸ் படத்திற்கான கருவை நன்றாகவே தேடிப் பிடிக்கிறார். வருங்காலத்தில் மிகப்பெரிய இயக்குனராக வருவார். அதேபோல பட்ஜெட்டில் எந்த சமரசமும் செய்து கொள்ள விரும்பாதவர் வேலுதாஸ். 500 டெம்போக்களை வைத்து எடுக்க வேண்டிய காட்சியில் முதல் நாள் குறைவான வாகனங்களே வந்ததால், அன்று படப்பிடிப்பை ரத்து செய்துவிட்டு மறுநாள் அந்த காட்சியை பிரமாண்டமாக படமாக்கினார்” என்று கூறினார்.

இயக்குநர் திருமலை பேசும்போது, “பத்து பேர் மட்டுமே திரையுலகை ஆள வேண்டும் என நினைக்கின்றனர். எல்லோரும் ஒன்று சேர்ந்து இதை தடுக்க வேண்டும். தயாரிப்பாளர் கே.ராஜன் தனியாளாக இதற்காக போராடுகிறார். நூறு பேர் ஒன்று சேர்ந்தால் தான் இந்த பத்து பேரை விரட்ட முடியும்” என்று கூறினார்.

நகைச்சுவை நடிகர் டேனி பேசும்போது, “ஜெயிக்கிற படத்தில் ஜெயிக்கிற கதாபாத்திரத்தில் நடிக்க வேண்டும்.. நானும் சிம்புவும் ஒரு விளம்பர படத்தில் நடித்தோம். அவர் படப்பிடிப்பு தளத்திற்கு வருவதற்கு முன் மிகப்பெரிய பிரச்சனையும் சலசலப்பும் ஓடிக்கொண்டு இருந்தது. ஆனால் அவர் வந்ததும் கப்சிப் ஆகி வேலைகள் சரியாக நடக்கத் துவங்கின. இப்போது வெளியாகும் படங்களில் நடித்துள்ள பெரிய நடிகர்கள் கூட பிரமோஷன் என்கிற பெயரில் உணவு விமர்சனம் செய்ய இறங்கி விட்டதைப் பார்க்கும்போது கஷ்டமாக இருக்கிறது” என்று கூறினார்.

நடிகர் ரோபோ சங்கர் பேசும்போது, “கடந்த ஆறு மாத காலத்திற்குள் நான் நோய்வாய்ப்பட்டு சிகிச்சை பெற்று வீடு திரும்புவதற்குள் ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட சில யூடிபர்கள் என்னை பலமுறை கொன்று விட்டார்கள். என் வீட்டில் எவ்வளவு வேதனையை அனுபவித்திருப்பார்கள். மற்றவர்களை மகிழ்விக்கும் ஒரு கலைஞனை இப்படி காயப்படுத்தலாமா ?” என்று தனது வருத்தத்தை வெளிப்படுத்தினார்.

தயாரிப்பாளர் கே.ராஜன் பேசும்போது “பெரிய படங்கள் வெற்றி பெற்றால் அதில் கிடைக்கும் கட்டுக்கட்டான பணம் மீண்டும் திரையுலக்கிற்கு வருவதில்லை. ஆனால் இதுபோன்ற சின்ன படங்கள் வெற்றி வரும்போது அந்த பணம் மீண்டும் அடுத்த படத்திற்காக இங்கேயே புழக்கத்தில் இருக்கும். சின்ன பட்ஜெட் தயாரிப்பாளர்களுக்கு என ஒரு ஹீரோ இருக்கிறார் என்றால் அது விமல் தான். ரஜினியின் கடந்த சில படங்கள் மும்பையில் தான் படப்பிடிப்பு நடத்தப்பட்டது. அங்குள்ள தொழிலாளர்கள் தான் அந்த படத்தில் வேலை பார்த்தார்கள். ஆனால் வசூல் மட்டும் தமிழ்நாட்டில் இருந்து வேண்டும் என எதிர்பார்க்கிறார்கள். சமீபத்தில் காஷ்மீரில் நடைபெற்ற ஒரு படத்தின் படப்பிடிப்பு அங்கே ஏதோ பிரச்சனை என்பதால் நிறுத்தப்பட்டு இங்கே சென்னையில் செட் போட்டு எடுத்தார்கள்.. அது சாத்தியம் என்கிற போது இங்கே தமிழ்நாட்டிலேயே படம் எடுக்கலாமே” என்று கூறினார்.

இயக்குனர் பேரரசு பேசும்போது, “நடிகர் விமல் மிகச்சிறந்த நடிகர். சத்யராஜுக்கு அடுத்ததாக மிக நீளமான வசனங்களையும் நிறுத்தாமல் பேசக்கூடியவர். நடிகர் மோகனுக்கு அடுத்ததாக எந்த கதாபாத்திரம் கொடுத்தாலும் நடிக்கக்கூடிய நடிகராக இப்போது இருப்பவர் நடிகர் விமல் தான். அவரது திறமையை  இந்த திரையுலகம் சரியாக பயன்படுத்தவில்லை. இப்படத்தில் விமலா இது என ஆச்சரியப்படும் வகையில் ஆக்ஷனில் பின்னி இருக்கிறார். இன்றைய சூழலில் யூடியூபர்கள் எல்லா நடிகர்களின் படங்களையும் ஆதரிக்க வேண்டும். அவர் பெரியவரா, இவர் பெரியவரா என்ற சண்டையை பெரிதாக்க கூடாது. நாங்கள் என்ன அரசியலா செய்து கொண்டிருக்கிறோம் ? நாங்கள் சினிமா படம் எடுக்கிறோம். யாருக்கு எந்த பட்டம் கொடுக்க வேண்டும் என நீங்கள் உங்களுடைய பிழைப்பை நடத்துவதற்காக தயவு செய்து எங்கள் குடும்பத்தில் கை வைக்காதீர்கள். ஒவ்வொரு ஹீரோவின் படத்தையும் மற்ற ஹீரோக்களின் ரசிகர்கள் கட்டாயம் பார்க்க வேண்டும். யூடியூபர்கள் மூட்டிவிடும் சண்டையில் பலிகடா ஆகி விடாதீர்கள்” என்று கேட்டுக் கொண்டார்.

நடிகர் விமல் பேசும்போது, “பலரும் ஏன் உங்கள் படம் அடிக்கடி வருவதில்லை என்று கேட்கிறார்கள்.. கடவுள் புண்ணியத்தில் இப்போது நிறைய படங்களில் நடித்து வருகிறேன்.. இனி அடுத்தடுத்து எனது படங்கள் வெளியாகும்..  இப்போது எல்லாம் நிறைய கையெழுத்துக்கள் போடுவதில்லை. அதனால் இனிமேல் எனக்கு படங்கள் நிறைய வரும்.. சினிமாவுக்கு வந்த புதிதில் நம்ம படம் தானே என நீட்டிய இடத்தில் எல்லாம் நம்பி கையெழுத்து போட்டு விட்டேன். ஆனால் அதற்கெல்லாம் பின்னாடி மொத்தமாக சேர்த்து வைத்து கிடைத்தது..

விமல் படங்களே வரவில்லையே, இவரை வைத்து படம் எடுக்கலாமா என்று பலரும் யோசிக்கும் அளவிற்கு கடந்த மூன்று வருடங்கள் ஓடி விட்டன. அந்த சமயத்தில் என்னை நம்பி வந்த படம் தான் இந்த துடிக்கும் கரங்கள். சொல்லப்போனால் லாக்டவுன் சமயத்தில் எனக்கு கைகொடுத்த படமும் கூட. இந்த படத்தில் நடிக்கிறேன் என்கிற தகவல் பரவியதால் தான் எனக்கு ‘விலங்கு’ உள்ளிட்ட இன்னும் சில பட வாய்ப்புகள் தேடி வந்தன. என் தரப்பில் இருந்து சிறப்பு விருந்தினர்கள் யாரையும் அழைக்கவில்லை. கூப்பிட்டு வரவில்லை என்றால் சங்கடமாகிவிடும். அதற்கும் ஒரு நேரம் வரும். ஆனால் சவுந்தர்ராஜா தனது சார்பில் சிறப்பு விருந்தினர்களை அழைத்து வந்து விட்டார். ரோபோ சங்கர் ஒரு பல்கலைக்கழகம். அவரை பார்த்து பல பேர் திருந்தி விட்டார்கள். நானும் கடந்த 45 நாட்களாக திருந்தி விட்டேன்” என்று கூறினார்.

இயக்குனர் வேலுதாஸ் பேசும்போது, “இன்றைய இளைஞர்களை சூழ்ந்திருக்கும் ஒரு அபாயம் குறித்து தான் இந்த படத்தில் பேசி இருக்கிறேன். இந்த படம் துவங்கியதில் இருந்து நானும் விமலும் ஒருவரை ஒருவர் திட்டிக் கொள்வோம். பிறகு பாசமாக பேசிக் கொள்வோம். எல்லோரும் இந்த கதையில் விமலையா நடிக்க வைக்கிறீர்கள் என கேட்டார்கள். ஆனால் விமல் வழக்கமாக கிராமத்து கதைகளிலேயே நடித்து வருவதால், இந்த சிட்டி சப்ஜெக்ட்டில் ஒரு யூடியூபராக அவர் நடித்தால் பொருத்தமாக இருக்கும் என நினைத்தேன். அதேபோல அவர் மொத்த படத்திலும் எந்த இடத்திலும் ஒரு குறுக்கீடும் செய்யாமல் நான் சொன்ன அத்தனை விஷயங்களையும் செய்திருக்கிறார்.

இசையமைப்பாளர் மணி சர்மாவின் சகோதரர் மகன் ராகவ் பிரசாத் தான் இந்த படத்திற்கு இசையமைத்துள்ளார். மும்பையில் தற்போது மணி சர்மாவின் இசை நிகழ்ச்சியில் அவர் கலந்து கொண்டிருப்பதால் இந்த நிகழ்ச்சிக்கு வர முடியவில்லை” என்று கூறினார்.

என்சிஆர், குர்கான் மற்றும் நொய்டாவில் தற்கால பின்னணியில் நடக்கும் கதையாக  அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது இப்படம். குற்றப்பின்னணி கொண்ட திருநங்கை கும்பலில் சேர அலகாபாத்திலிருந்து டெல்லிக்கு வரும் நவாசுதீன் சித்திக், அந்த கும்பலில் சேர்ந்து, வளர்கிறான். தன் குடும்பத்தை அழித்த அனுராக் காஷ்யப்பை தேடி பழிவாங்குவதே அவன் நோக்கம். புதுமையான களத்தில் அழுத்தமான பழிவாங்கும் கதையாக உருவாகியுள்ளது இந்த ஹட்டி திரைப்படம். அக்ஷத் அஜய் ஷர்மா மற்றும் ஆதம்யா பல்லா இணைந்து எழுதியுள்ள, 'ஹட்டி' தலைநகரம் முழுவதும் செயல்படும் அழுத்தமான குற்றப்பின்னணியை,  குற்றவாளிகளின் உலகை அழுத்தமாகக் காட்சிப்படுத்தியுள்ளது.

IPA Neerathon a Run for Water and Water Awareness Festival!

Indian Plumbing Association (IPA) – an apex body, which is spearheading water conservation initiatives like "I SAVE WATER" Mission launched Chennai’s first edition of IPA Neerathon to be held on September 3, 2023 from 5 am onwardsat Olcott Memorial Senior Secondary School in Besant Nagar.

Dr. S. Virapan, Past Chairman, IPA Chennai Chapter and IPA National Executive Committee Member and Ms. Sujal Shah, Convener, IPA Neerathon shared various efforts of Indian Plumbing Association towards conserving water and Why, When, Where & other details of IPA Neerathon, a run to be held in three categories – 10 km (timed run), 5 k (timed run) and 3 km fun run .

Mr. Gurmit Singh Arora, National President of Indian Plumbing Association in his message highlighted how IPA is holding IPA Neerathon across 5 major cities including Bengaluru, Chennai, Ahmedabad, New Delhi and Mumbai to spread awareness among the general public on the need to save water and do our due for our future generations.

"We are planning IPA Neerathon for the cause of water and increase awareness to conserve water.It will be done like the Water Festival for the residents of Chennai city" quoted Dr. S. Virapan. As access to clean water means access to better health, a stronger community, jobs, and education, through IPA Neerathon we are spreading awareness to a large group of people and influence for behavioural change to save water, he added.

Highlighting the importance of the media's role to take this message to every resident of Chennai city, Ms. Sujal Shah, Convener, IPA Neerathon shared data on water availabilityin Chennai city. “IPA Neerathon is an initiative which focuses on educating the masses about the need for efficiently utilizing water.  IPA is honoured to have the support of 30+ industry partners and stakeholders from the plumbing and construction industry segment and thankful to many eminent players in the field, who have accepted to be the ambassadors for IPA Neerathon” she said.
